Liberty's Utility Operations Center

GBA serving as the local design consultant for the City of Liberty’s $64 million design-build Utility Operations Center that will house the wastewater treatment facility. GBA’s responsibilities include the design of 1,000 linear feet of 36-inch inch interceptor sewer; 400 linear feet of a 48-inch diameter railroad tunnel; two 10 MGB submersible pumping stations; 15,000 linear feet of 20-inch diameter force main; two flow metering structures; 7,700 linear feet of two-lane roadway; surveying and easement preparation. Architectural, structural, mechanical and electrical design of the administration building and two vehicle storage and maintenance buildings is also being provided.
